Arts Fest
In 2014 the Arts & Ideas program began an annual celebration of the arts called Arts Fest every April. As the event evolved, a Fall Arts Fest was added in 2018 and 2019 to create more opportunities to engage with the student work being produced every semester.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Spring 2020 Arts Fest was cancelled, and to adapt to the changing campus landscape a new online event “Art For Our Times” was created for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021.
As we consider the possibilities for resuming in-person events and the continued development of our program, we look forward to bringing you more Arts programming in the future. Whatever form this programming takes, we are excited to continue pursuing our goals of bringing interdisciplinary artistic events to the campus and to the greater Asheville community.
